Ms. Feyler has devoted her career to lender representation and residential real estate. She has successfully represented numerous lenders and investors in their collection, foreclosure, eviction, REO efforts, and as closing representative.
Ms. Feyler is also counsel to sellers and purchasers for their residential real estate matters. She is a fixture in landlord/tenant courts as she represents landlords and lending institutions in their collection and possession efforts as well as the Supreme Court representing lenders in the foreclosure mediation process. As a member of the New York State Bar Association, Ms. Feyler regularly attends continuing legal education seminars in all areas, while focusing on real estate and foreclosure law.
