Mr. Sears has concentrated in foreclosure and real estate related matters since his admission to the bar in 1999. He handles all aspects of contested foreclosures at all stages of the action and has practiced in the General Equity Divisions of all of counties of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Sears presently defends creditors in New Jersey appellate matters and is responsible for litigation of complex title issues pertaining to priority of mortgages. He has experience representing interests of secondary mortgage holders and those entities permitted by statute to foreclosure in a non-judicial manner. Mr Sears is an avid runner having completed 15 marathons in the last 4 years. He brings an equal dedication to each case under his purview.
