Ms. Browne has focused her practice in the area of Creditors’ Rights in the State of New York since 2010 with particular emphasis on mortgage foreclosure litigation. Prior to that time she litigated personal injury cases on behalf of insurance companies.

Ms. Browne has represented lenders in all aspects of contested foreclosure actions. She has argued creditor rights issues before the appellate courts of New York State and has litigated all stages of foreclosure from commencement through post-sale in numerous counties within the state.
