Throughout his career, Mr. Hanusek has practiced extensively in the areas of commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and commercial and residential foreclosures. Currently serves as Supervising Attorney for the Secured Creditors’ Rights Litigation Group for the Firm.

Mr. Hanusek is also a former Assistant Prosecutor of Passaic County, and served as Law Secretary to the Honorable Thomas R. Rumana, JSC in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Passaic County.

Mr. Hanusek has lectured in the area of foreclosure litigation for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and The National Business Institute and has sat as a Moot Court Judge at Yale University.
