Ms. Christie is the Supervising Attorney for the New York Creditors’ Rights Department. Ms. Christie received her Bachelors Degree from New York University and her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s School of Law. At St. John’s School of Law, Ms. Christie was an active participant in the Elder Law clinic which provided senior-citizens with pro-bono legal assistance in the areas such as Medicare and Medicaid eligibility and debtor-creditor issues.

Ms. Christie interned with New York Supreme Court Justice Gloria Dabari where she assisted Judge Dabari in legal research.

Ms. Christie obtained an extensive background in secondary source lending before attending law school and has held positions with Associated Financial Services, Inc. and ITT Financial Services where she focused on closings, bankruptcies, and loan approvals.

Prior to joining Fein, Such, Kahn & Shepard, P.C., Ms. Christie was the Managing Attorney at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway and practiced in the areas of Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, and REO. Previous to her position at McCabe, Weisberg & Conway, Ms. Christie was an associate at Konner, Teitelbaum & Gallagher where she focused on tax lien foreclosures and closings.

Ms. Christie is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey. She is a member of the New York Bar Association. She is admitted to practice before the Federal Court for the Southern, Northern, Western and Eastern Districts of New York and the Federal Court of New Jersey.
