As a member of the Creditor’s Rights Department, Mr. Salim focuses his practice on representation of corporate clients in post-foreclosure sales, evictions and Landlord/Tenant matters. His practice includes litigating at court proceedings and negotiating with tenants for settlement. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Salim was an associate at Kim & Bae, P.C. in their Immigration and Family Law Department and Commercial Litigation Department. After graduating from Suffolk University Law School, Mr. Salim worked at the Law Offices of Jay I. Lazerowitz where he specialized in Real Estate Law, Landlord/Tenant, and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Salim has dedicates much of his time volunteering with such organizations as Volunteer Lawyers for Justice, the Special Olympics, Habitat for Humanity, and St. George Little Falls Society of Orthodox Youth Organizations.
