Victor Spinelli has practiced all areas of real estate litigation since 1998 with particular emphasis on mortgage foreclosure litigation, tax lien foreclosure litigation, and landlord-tenant litigation for both residential and commercial agreements. He has argued real property issues and creditor rights issues before appellate courts including New York State Supreme Court Appellate Divisions for the First and Second Departments. He has frequented court venues in all counties of these departments and has litigated all stages of foreclosure litigation including from commencement through post-sale. In addition to litigation, Victor Spinelli has had substantial involvement in foreclosure settlement conferences on behalf of creditors with a goal to achieving final resolution while minimizing delay.
