Overview

Matthew I. Kane is a Principal of the firm and focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and investors in the disposition of large portfolios of distressed properties and in workouts and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions. He also handles the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of residential and commercial properties on behalf of individuals, investors and institutional clients.

He originally joined the firm as an Associate in 1994 handling Real Estate matters, including REO transactions and representing lenders in financing commercial and residential purchases. Upon leaving the firm in 2000, Matthew continued handling Real Estate transactional work as a Partner with prominent New Jersey law firms, including managing their REO transactional departments.

Matthew currently devotes his practice to representing financial institutions and investors with their disposition of large portfolios of distressed properties and with their workouts and deed-in-lieu of foreclosure transactions. He also handles the purchase, sale, financing and leasing of residential and commercial properties on behalf of individuals, investors and institutional clients.
