Craig K. Beideman focuses his practice in the area of creditors’ rights, where he represents banks and servicers in foreclosure actions. He has broad experience in contested foreclosure matters and related litigation.

Mr. Beideman earned his J.D. from University at Buffalo School of Law. He also holds an M.M. from the Crane School of Music at the State University of New York at Potsdam and a B.M. from Berklee College of Music.

He serves on the Monroe County Bar Association Real Estate Section Council and the Play Makers Leadership Council at the Strong National Museum of Play. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Monroe County Bar Association. Craig is admitted in the Courts of the State of New York and Vermont and in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York.
